• The subject I most enjoy reading about is mysteries and horrors.  I love the suspense I feel when I am unaware of the next scene.

• An abortion is a medical procedure that ends a pregnancy.  It is a huge ethical debate because as the baby is present in the mothers' stomach, it becomes a fetus, therefore it is a human.  It places the soon-to-be mother in risk of death and infections if the procedure is not done correctly.

- Everyone should have the right to life. As soon as the egg is fertilized from the sperm, a human life has developed.

Interracial Marriage:

• Interracial Marriages have been occurring at early as the 1600s, where the first recorded marriage was between English colonist John Rolfe and Native American Pocahontas in Virginia in 1614.

- In June 1958 Mildred Jeter, a black woman, and Richard Loving, a white man, were legally married in the District of Columbia.  When they returned to Virginia, interracial marriage was banned.  They were sentenced to a year in prison for violating the state’s anti-miscegenation law.  The Lovings brought their issue to the Supreme Court.  The Loving v. Virginia decision made interracial marriage legal in the United States, invalidating anti-miscegenation laws in Virginia.

• Prostitution is the exchange of sex for payment.  Women and men are prostitutes; however, the word prostitute is more commonly used in reference of females.  It is legal and regulated in some countries, including the Netherlands and Germany. 

-Children who usually run away from home, with no money or source of shelter, are more deceptable to prostituting.

-  Many street prostitutes are drug addicts and need money in order to obtain money to fulfill their habits.  The pimp introduces the women to drugs, which in return makes her addicted.  He is then able to control her and force her to work for him.
